The studio
A studio for movement, built for the long practice.
We make pieces that hold their line — through every sun salutation, every coastal trail, every ocean swim. Less wardrobe, more breath.
Manifesto
Sacred geometry as design language
Every piece in the studio starts as a ratio. A pentagon. A Sri Yantra. The platonic solids. From those forms we cut pattern, drape, and seam — until the geometry disappears into the body that wears it.
We don't follow seasons. We follow the body. The grids we draw are the same ones humans have drawn for six thousand years to mark the spaces where movement happens — the temple floor, the yoga mat, the swimmer's lane.
This is athleisure for women who pick clarity over noise. Built for the practice that is daily, not occasional.
Process
How a piece becomes itself
Choose the design
Every collection begins with a geometric system — Sri Yantra, Flower of Life, the platonic solids. We sketch the grid before we sketch the garment.
Choose the fiber
Performance polyester-spandex blend for stretch and recovery. Custom-printed yoga mats on non-slip rubber. Hand-finished accessories.
Cut and seam in small runs
Cut and finished in our partner workshops, in workshop runs small enough to inspect each piece by hand. Every order ships with a note from the studio.
"I wanted to wear my practice. Not the brand of my practice — the geometry of it." — Founder, Gaia Energy Studio
